Availability: Sold on Unbiased's own platform, pay-as-you-go against prepaid credits or through the Personal and Personal Max subscriptions. New accounts are reviewed and approved by hand before API access turns on; Unbiased offers onboarding calls but does not require them. OpenRouter lists one release, Pareto 26.9, served from Unbiased's own endpoint; it no longer lists Pareto 26.10 Preview. The 262K-token context window and 131K output cap are what OpenRouter publishes for Pareto 26.9; Unbiased does not publish either, for any release. The release date is the day the model first appeared on OpenRouter, as Unbiased's changelog has no launch entry for it.

How this price is scoped: Unbiased makes Pareto and is its only seller, so this is a first-party list price. Its rate card prints one pay-as-you-go rate, $0.80 input, $0.03 cached input and $3.20 output per 1M tokens, and does not say which Pareto release it bills; the Pareto 26.10 Preview model card repeats the same three figures. Until October 2026 the rate card printed $2.50 / $0.25 / $7.50, and Unbiased still sells the previous release, Pareto 26.9, at $2.50 input and $7.50 output through OpenRouter. Pay-as-you-go usage is billed against prepaid credits at one rate regardless of pack size; the Personal ($10/month) and Personal Max ($100/month) subscriptions on the same page are weekly token allowances, not per-token prices. Unbiased charges this flat rate whichever models a request is blended from.

Overview

Unbiased's only model, and a blended one: the platform answers each request by composing across several frontier models behind the scenes and returns a single answer. Unbiased's changelog says the model string "pareto" remains the default release, and that Pareto 26.10 Preview, added on 2026-10-01, is opt-in under its own model string, "pareto-26.10-preview". Text and image in, text out, with prompt caching and tool calling. Unbiased calls its published 26.10 Preview scores preliminary, so no benchmark claim is made here.
