How this price is scoped: ScaleDown's own pricing table lists Extract at $0.05 / 1M tokens for text input, $0.15 / 1M tokens for image input, and Output: Free. Its FAQ says it charges for input tokens only, so the $0 output here is the maker's published rate. We publish the text input rate. OpenRouter currently shows $0.04, which is ScaleDown's own endpoint there with a 20% discount applied.

Overview
ScaleDown's entity-extraction model: instead of a fixed set of entity types, you describe the fields you want in plain English and it returns each match with a confidence score, character offsets and surrounding context. It can also read photos, scans and PDFs, and routes yes/no or small-category fields to classification. Called as model "extract" on an OpenAI-compatible chat completions endpoint. $0.05 per 1M text input tokens ($0.15 per 1M for image input), and output is free.
